Meet Dr. Sybil Ingram.
Dr. Sybil Ingram is a successful and respected governance, compliance, risk management and technology professional (domestically and internationally), with significant expertise in various cybersecurity/data privacy, AI and quality management system challenges and offers advisory services as a fractional Chief Compliance Officer. With over twenty five years of professional experience, she is one of the nation’s foremost champions and active consultants for the HIPAA /HITECH regulations and implementation challenges.
She has served as a clinician, clinical researcher and instructor, public health emergency preparedness & readiness specialist, senior director and management consultant for multiple organizations. She has held key positions with industry leaders such as iHealthSync, McKesson, Johnson & Johnson, Abbott Laboratories, Boston Scientific, Amgen and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Dr. Ingram has been recognized with special commendations from the Department of Health & Human Services & CDC and holds five cybersecurity/data privacy certifications and is the award winner of “Healthcare Compliance Expert of the Year – 2025” by Fluxx International Events.
